UNIGEL XG (XANTHAN GUM)
GENERAL INFORMATION
UNIGEL XG is a polysaccharide biopolymer obtained from the fermentation of Xanthomonas campestris. It forms highly viscous solutions even at low concentrations and is stable over a wide pH and temperature range. UNIGEL XG is biodegradable, non-toxic, and widely used in sauces, dressings, cosmetics, and drilling fluids.
